Responserack Responder App

The ‘Responserack Responder’ mobile app enables access to your fire department’s data. Your officers and advance users can enter incidents via the app, and others can read reports, see attendance, register for upcoming trainings, file truck checks, and more.

Some important things to know:

Ensure you can log in to Responserack website with email and password, and then log in to the mobile application with that same email and password.
Ensure you set the correct “mode” for your intended usage of the app:Basic Mode - mostly read-only/personal, for getting started.Advanced Mode - add/edit incidents & events.
The application is freely available on iOS and Android, and works for all Responserack accounts. You decide if you share it with your membership.
The application is a work in progress, and it will only improve with feedback. Please keep the feedback coming (positive and negative.)

If you find time for nothing else, shut down NFIRS in January.

NERIS is here, but since NERIS is the future, NERIS can wait a bit (state willing.) Your NFIRS needs to be squared away this month, and that might be all you can manage this month. It's always tricky to complete past reports, but this year we only have January to get it all done. Further, you'll want more time to export your NFIRS so you have a copy after it closes down.
